O projekcie:
The role focuses on delivering high-impact process transformation initiatives within the Meetings & Events (M&E) domain, as part of broader digital, data, and AI transformation programmes. The consultant will work in international, multi-stakeholder environments, contributing to Appian-driven solutions and integrating them with Microsoft Azure. The project emphasizes scalable, efficient, and user-centric process automation aligned with enterprise governance and architecture standards.
Tech stack:- Appian (BPM / Case Management Platform)- Microsoft Azure (integration, cloud services)- Azure DevOps / Jira (Agile delivery and backlog management)- Process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, Signavio, BPMN tools)- M365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)- Integration technologies: REST APIs, web services

Wymagania:
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements (user stories, epics, acceptance criteria)- Hands-on experience with Appian in BPM/case management environments (minimum 1+ year)- Experience in end-to-end process redesign, including as-is and to-be modelling- Background in delivering transformation initiatives within the Meetings & Events (M&E) domain- Experience integrating Appian with Microsoft Azure in enterprise or institutional environments- Ability to design and configure complex workflows, business rules, and approval processes- Strong understanding of process automation and case management platforms- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (business, IT, external vendors)- Knowledge of governance, security, and enterprise architecture frameworks- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Analytical mindset with focus on efficiency and user-centric solutions- Experience with process modelling methodologies (BPMN or equivalent)Nice to have:- Exposure to EU/institutional projects or environments (e.g. EFSA context)- Experience with M&E digital transformation programmes- Familiarity with tools such as Miro or Figma for process and user journey mapping- Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies- Experience in data and AI transformation initiatives- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Codzienne zadania:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Lead or support end-to-end redesign of M&E processes (as-is/to-be)
- Design and implement Appian-based BPM and case management solutions
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and business rules in Appian
- Ensure seamless integration between Appian and Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support user adoption, change management, and operational readiness
- Deliver solutions aligned with governance, security, and architecture standards
- Contribute to broader data and AI transformation initiatives
