Banking IT Systems Business Analyst - Cards

Nasze wymagania: Min. bachelor’s degree Min. 2 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions (preferably within cards/payments area) Experience working with card systems or card processing platforms (issuing or acquiring) Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (cards, payments, acquiring/issuing) Very good understanding of card schemes and processes (e.g. authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks) Knowledge of card network rules and standards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, ISO8583) Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cards and payments Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements Experience in preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams Strong analytical skills Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken) required Mile widziane: Experience working in PCI-DSS compliant environments Participation in PCI-DSS audits or remediation programs Understanding of security and compliance requirements in card acquiring ecosystems Zakres obowiązków: Preparing business and system specifications Supporting the integration of banking systems Participating in business and system testing activities Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle Conduct analyses, support testing (SIT/UAT) Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Cards Oferujemy: Individual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.
