Banking IT Systems Business Analyst - KYC

Nasze wymagania: Min. bachelor’s degree Min. 1 year of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions (preferably within KYC/AML area) Experience working with KYC/AML systems or customer onboarding systems Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (KYC/AML, onboarding, customer due diligence) Very good knowledge of KYC processes, including onboarding, CDD/EDD, customer data monitoring, periodic reviews, and screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media) Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment for KYC/AML (e.g. AML directives, FATF guidelines) Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements Experience in preparing detailed business and technical specifications and cooperating with IT, compliance, and business teams Practical experience in modeling business processes using BPMN notation Strong analytical skills Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken) required Zakres obowiązków: Preparing business and system specifications Supporting the integration of banking systems Participating in business and system testing activities Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle Conduct analyses, support testing (SIT/UAT) Act as a subject matter expert in the area of KYC Oferujemy: Individual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.
