Business Analysis Practitioner - Senior

Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience
At least 3+ years within regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Corporate Compliance)
Deep understanding of the Compliance & Ethics domain (e.g., policy management, third-party risk management, whistleblower/investigations, conflict of interest, trade compliance, or audit management)
Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation
Experience working with enterprise SaaS/RegTech platforms and vendors
Solid understanding of data flows, audit trails, and system integrations
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

O projekcie:
Act as Business Analyst for Compliance Product solutions (>20), and lead architect conversations on strategic initiatives.
Key technologies: ServiceNow IRM/GRC, SalesForce and any other leading GRC solutions on the market

Zakres obowiązków:
Translate complex compliance, regulatory, and ethics requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications
Define product roadmaps and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous spaces
Partner closely with compliance officers, risk managers, and IT teams to map and optimize compliance workflows, ensuring seamless integration with the enterprise corporate IT landscape
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS and RegTech solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and strict data governance and regulatory standards
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ethics & compliance stakeholders; facilitate discovery workshops, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance technology solutions, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability, audit readiness, and proactive change management
