If you want to work with smart teams to build important software, and you want to avoid big company bureaucracy, this is the place for you.Now we’re looking for an Business Analyst to join our team on projects for one of our international clients.
What you will be doing:
• Client & Business Relations: Conducting meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients to gather and analyze business
requirements.
• Requirements Engineering & Documentation: Translating business needs into clear project and functional documentation, as well as use cases.
• Mapping & Delivering Solutions: Designing solutions tailored to client goals, along with mapping and optimizing business processes.
• Close Collaboration with the Team: Providing ongoing support to the Project Manager and the development team – clarifying business doubts, ensuring backlog consistency, and prioritizing tasks.
• Quality & Validation: Creating test scenarios, participating in the acceptance of delivered features (UAT – User Acceptance Testing), and verifying whether the provided software fully meets business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in the IT industry (experience in a Software House is a strong plus).
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create documentation based on User Stories.
• Experience working with web or mobile applications and a basic understanding of system architecture (e.g., REST API, databases).
• Excellent communication skills, an inquisitive mindset, and the ability to ask the right questions to business stakeholders.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (min. C1) for daily cooperation with international clients.
Nice to have:
• Experience in the finance or insurance sector, as well as working directly with enterprise-level stakeholders.
