Senior Business Analyst Location: Warsaw, PolandType: Long Term Contract with Full-time conversion, Hybrid (1–2 days in office per week) Experience: 5–10 years Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who can take on Project Manager tasks to lead risk and valuation change initiatives within a global banking environment. This role combines strong business analysis expertise with project management responsibilities, working closely with traders, risk teams, technology, and valuation control groups. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of risk and valuation change projects. • Gather requirements and engage stakeholders across Asia and Europe. • Work within Agile squads focused on risk computation, stress testing, and valuation upgrades. • Drive discussions on pricing, valuation, and risk methodologies. • Coordinate regulatory-driven changes (e.g., VAR, stress testing enhancements). Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management exposure. • Strong understanding of quantitative models, pricing, and valuations. • Degree in Quantitative Methods, Mathematics, or related field. • Hands-on experience with Python, R, Excel, SQL, Oracle. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks. • CFA or FRM certification is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Knowledge • Exposure to bonds, FX, commodities, and market risk projects. • Experience with risk valuation and stress testing platforms.
