Business Analyst

O projekcie: Business Analyst  B2B | elastic hybrid work | start day: March 2026 Role Overview We are looking for a highly effective, client-focused Business Analyst with experience in delivery management, requirements gathering, and testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, defining, and owning the implementation of Client Services products across multiple client journeys, working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs. Wymagania: - Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment (Kanban framework in particular) - Strong experience in requirements engineering for complex initiatives - End-to-end Business Analysis experience, from requirements definition through to implementation in a business-facing IT environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business users and IT development teams across different seniority levels - Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope - Ability to identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to Project Management - Delivery-oriented mindset with strong ownership of assigned tasks and projects - Experience working with JIRA and Confluence Codzienne zadania: - Work closely with business SMEs to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria - Perform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement using Agile methodologies (Kanban) - Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review - Support development teams during delivery phases by clarifying requirements and resolving queries - Collaborate with IT teams to refine solution designs and user stories, translating technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels - Test delivered IT components and work with development teams to resolve identified defects - Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and present when required - Contribute to training materials to support user readiness and successful adoption
