Business Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a financial institution Experience in projects related to credit processes and/or customer service Experience in leasing within the automotive sector is highly welcomed Higher education degree Fluent English (C1 level) and Polish Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and LEO will be considered an asset Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, Ability to work independently as well as within a team High level of responsibility and strong communication skills Zakres obowiązków: Identifying and analyzing business requirements related to credit analysis and customer service Designing business processes and IT system solutions Preparing business requirements specifications and project documentation Implementing solutions aimed at process optimization and automation Coordinating and supporting system implementations and deployments Participating in release and implementation planning Supervising system changes delivered by external vendors and participating in testing Ensuring compliance of processes with regulatory requirements and corporate standards Close cooperation with Credit, Operations, Group Headquarters and external system providers
