Business Analyst

Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a financial institution - Experience in projects related to credit processes and/or customer service - Experience in leasing within the automotive sector is highly welcomed - Higher education degree - Fluent English (C1 level) and Polish - Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence - Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and LEO will be considered an asset - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, - Ability to work independently as well as within a team - High level of responsibility and strong communication skills Zakres obowiązków: - Identifying and analyzing business requirements related to credit analysis and customer service - Designing business processes and IT system solutions - Preparing business requirements specifications and project documentation - Implementing solutions aimed at process optimization and automation - Coordinating and supporting system implementations and deployments - Participating in release and implementation planning - Supervising system changes delivered by external vendors and participating in testing - Ensuring compliance of processes with regulatory requirements and corporate standards - Close cooperation with Credit, Operations, Group Headquarters and external system providers
