Nasze wymagania: Analytical Mindset: Degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Econometrics, Management, or a related field. Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets (including pivot tables). Language Skills: English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (documentation and communication within the Google ecosystem are often conducted in English). Logical Thinking: Ability to draw conclusions from data and present them in a clear, understandable manner. Communication Skills: Confidence in asking questions and a drive to fully understand the problem at hand. Mile widziane: CRM Experience: Proven track record of working with CRM systems. BI Tools: Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, specifically Looker Studio. AI Curiosity: A keen interest in AI developments and a proactive approach to exploring AI-driven solutions. Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in technology and staying up to date with the latest digital trends. Zakres obowiązków: Process Analysis: Mapping and documenting current business processes and proposing improvements in line with a "Cloud First" philosophy. Data Support: Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting operational data using analytical tools (e.g., Looker Studio, spreadsheets). Reporting: Creating clear, actionable reports and dashboards for sales and technical teams. Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively participating in project meetings and translating business requirements into technical specifications for engineers. Data Hygiene: Maintaining data consistency and integrity within CRM systems and internal tools. Oferujemy: B2B contract or Mandate Contract. B2B: compensated days without service delivery obligation (up to 31!). Hybrid collaboration from our office in Wrocław (Św. Mikołaja St.), with 2–3 days per month on-site. UNUM group insurance.
