O projekcie: - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Kraków) and flexible working hours - Private healthcare and multisport card - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Referral program and company events - Convenient parking Wymagania: - Strong analytical thinking and ability to critically assess processes and controls - Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - Self-motivated with good prioritisation and organisational skills - Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to change initiatives - Ability to challenge assumptions in a constructive way - Experience working with data or in a data management environment - Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio - Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset - Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Codzienne zadania: - Analyse the business environment and identify customer needs, translating them into clear business requirements - Support projects and programmes by assessing the impact of changes on scope, timeline, budget and operating model - Perform detailed impact analysis on processes, data and systems and document findings - Provide estimates for new requirements, design changes and scope adjustments - Ensure all requirements are aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes - Identify, document and escalate risks in a timely manner - Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective process changes and manage expectations - Build and maintain strong relationships with business, operations and technology teams - Contribute to the development and improvement of the operating model and transformation initiatives - Support implementation of changes and continuous process improvement - Monitor operational performance and support defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs - Work in a global environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
