Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are looking for a Business Analyst to support software projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements gathering, and leading the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to clear documentation, process understanding, and successful software delivery. Wymagania: - Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation. - Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience leading UAT phases in software projects. - Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. - Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Nice to Have - Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations. - Familiarity with compliance or regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP). - Exposure to manual testing or test case design. - Experience working with Agile methodologies. Codzienne zadania: - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that software meets functional requirements. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear specifications for development teams. - Support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring requirements are aligned with implementation. - Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and test cases. - Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations. - Work in Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
