Codzienne zadania: - Understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements. - Conduct impact assessments for change requests on governance, scope, time, and budget. - Analyze proposed changes on processes, data, and systems, and document findings. - Provide accurate estimates for new requirements and design changes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and regions. - Ensure compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory standards. - Support performance oversight, including defining and tracking OKRs.
