Nasze wymagania:
Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Pharmaceutical or life sciences background
Technical mindset with an understanding of enterprise applications and data solutions
Good understanding of large and complex datasets
Experience analyzing and improving business processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including User Stories and Jira
Understanding of complex enterprise systems and system integrations
Knowledge of regulated environments and GxP standards
Understanding of end-to-end processes supporting data solutions
Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with User-Centered Design and Design Thinking.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a technical mindset to support an international pharmaceutical project within the Data domain. The role focuses on business analysis for data-driven initiatives, process analysis, and close collaboration with technical teams in a highly regulated environment.
Zakres obowiązków:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-focused initiatives
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across global teams
Translate business requirements into User Stories and maintain the product backlog
Support Agile delivery by working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data solutions
Support business change by applying Business Analysis techniques and best practices
Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations
Collaborate within cross-functional, multicultural teams operating in a global environment
