O projekcie:
🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Business Analyst🔹
Possible locations: Warsaw, Gdyani, Gdańsk, Łódź.
Hybrid setup required: 60% of working days in the office for Łódź, currently 40% for Warsaw and Gdynia/Gdańsk (most probably 60% from Sept/Oct).
Wymagania:
✔️Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within large and complex organizations.- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology teams.- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Financial Accounting, Traded Financial Instruments, Liquidity area
Codzienne zadania:
- Analyse current business processes and ways of working to ensure that the parties understand what is needed and when.
- Drive and coordinate business improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders from business users to tech developers.
- Facilitate workshops, perform data-driven analysis, document requirements, and support the implementation of process enhancements.
