Business Analyst

Business Analyst Global Product Group DT As a part of Global Product Group Distribution & Traction Transformers team, you will be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories in the portfolio scope. You will contribute cross-functionally by collaborating with IT function and business domains, as well as being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics. How you'll make an impact - Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area. Collect and design business requirementsinto required documentation format and templates. - Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiencyand scalability. Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analyticscapabilities. - Provide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool. - Collaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reportingsolutions. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignmentand transparency. - Lead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective. Perform user acceptance tests and validation together with key-users and IT. - Provide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS.
