Business Analyst (banking)

The role involves cooperation with an Omnichannel Tribe as a Business Analyst, focused on the development of mobile and online banking applications. The scope of work includes enhancing mobile and online channels with a strong emphasis on investment products and brokerage services. Our expectations • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business/System Analyst in mobile application development • Experience working with native mobile technologies (iOS, Android, KMP/CMP) • Ability to work with JIRA and Confluence • Experience using Figma (for analysis and collaboration purposes, not UI design) • Ability to create diagrams and documentation using draw.io • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into system requirements • Experience working closely with development teams in an agile environment Nice to have • Experience in backlog management for a development team (supporting the Product Owner) • Experience in writing test scenarios and participating in testing activities • Ability to read and understand API documentation • Experience with BNPL and UML modeling • Experience in investment process analysis • Participation in projects related to investment client servicing or brokerage (BM) clients
