Nasze wymagania: 5 or more years’ experience in TA/IS Operations and / or similar Change Management role, preferably within Agile environment Experience working in Agile, including managing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining user stories and establishing acceptance criteria's Familiarity with Multifonds, SWIFT, and Block Chain technology would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams Excellent communication and analytic skills Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility High energy, dynamic, results focused The ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment Zakres obowiązków: Manage stakeholder interactions including IT (Globally, in Luxembourg, in Paris, and with external vendors as required), Senior Management, BAU operations, Client Line and other internal stakeholders Support new Operating model and new System implementation, that include support for data conversion between systems required to launch new services, client launches, and on-boarding as agreed by management in coordination with the BAU teams Assist with training within the Global TA Change team on support for new operating models and systems including the completion of procedures, checklists, and user guides Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning and implementation, ensure production teams/ operation environment is prepared to effectively support and accept the changes resulting from the project.
