Business Analyst - Capital Markets

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets to support the implementation and evolution of Front Office and/or Middle/Back Office IT solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure successful delivery of market finance systems. - Act as a liaison between business teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) and IT teams - Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to Capital Markets activities - Participate in the implementation and integration of Capital Markets software solutions (e.g. Orchestrade, Calypso, Murex) - Define functional specifications, workflows, and data models - Support system configuration, testing activities (UAT, regression tests), and production deployment - Analyze and optimize business processes related to trading, risk, valuation, or post-trade activities - Provide functional support and contribute to incident analysis and resolution - Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions
