Business Analyst - Commercial Migration

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Business Analyst - Commercial Migration and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the data analytics area. Wymagania: - Analytical Tenure: 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business process re-engineering and commercial data mapping. - Methodology: Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, UML, and data flow modeling to visualize complex "Commercial Needs". - Commercial Literacy: Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, licensing models, and revenue recognition during system transitions. - Tooling: Experience with requirements management tools (Confluence, Miro, or specialized BA software). - Data Fluency: Intermediate SQL skills to perform independent data gap analysis between legacy and target commercial platforms. - Fluent English (C1) Codzienne zadania: - Needs Discovery: Work with business owners to understand needs and translate them into functional migration requirements. - Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate current commercial tools and determine what can be made to work in the future state and what requires re-engineering. - Timeline Optimization: Collaborate with project leadership to map out "when things happen," ensuring the sequence of migration logic is airtight. - Strategic Advisory: Act as the "knowledge hub" for what is possible within the migration framework to support commercial leads.
