Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Nasze wymagania: Deep expertise in business analysis with a strong track record in complex financial software. Experience in guiding other analysts and making trade-offs regarding scope and complexity. Strong ability to gather, prioritize, and analyze business requirements to drive effective solutions tailored to project objectives. Skills in visualizing and mapping business processes using BPMN to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows. Proficient in utilizing Jira for task management, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless collaboration in Agile project environments. Experience in creating detailed and actionable user stories that reflect business needs and drive successful Agile development cycles. Advanced skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to support database-driven workflows. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to record technical decisions, processes, and project outcomes. Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level. Zakres obowiązków: Translating business requirements into the IT solutions and associated applications; i.e. acting as link between business experts of Payment Transactions and IT development or maintenance teams. Understanding and analyzing business requirements (actual/target) and define and design the appropriate functional solutions, either as parametrization within the application or as functional IT concept to be realized by the development team Advising and consulting business as well as IT experts on functional concepts of the application and on business process or workflow optimization Creating concepts as business process models as well as business data or object models or specifications for the solution Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures. In that context you will be also supporting test-activities on test-environments. Analyzing and designing solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams
