O projekcie: Business Analyst – Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Sector For our client operating in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives and solution delivery in a regulated environment. Wymagania: The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical implementation, working closely with stakeholders and development teams. Experience with low-code platforms (especially Mendix) and knowledge of pharma/biotech processes will be a strong advantage. Codzienne zadania: - Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams. - Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure solution alignment. - Support solution design, testing, and validation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. - Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams. - Maintain requirement traceability and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Support continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions.
