Business Analyst – Network Circuits - Hybrid -Krakow (JO/WP/HB)

Dear Consultant, We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Network Circuits to drive analysis, planning, and delivery of network circuit initiatives across global regions.The role acts as a bridge between Network Engineering, Vendors/Carriers, Service Owners, and Business stakeholders in a highly regulated enterprise environment. Client: Global Financial Services Location: Kraków, Poland – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Experience: 5–8+ years Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis • Elicit and document business and technical requirements for network circuits:• DIA / Internet, MPLS / EVPN, Ethernet, SD-WAN, Private Lines, Cloud Interconnects • Analyse current circuit landscape (inventory, capacity, contracts) and define target state • Produce BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, RACI, and migration documentation Delivery Coordination • Orchestrate circuit ordering and provisioning with carriers and procurement • Coordinate change windows, CAB submissions, readiness reviews, and back-out plans • Support migrations (e.g. MPLS → SD-WAN, DC exits, Internet breakout changes) Controls, Compliance & Risk • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, ISO 27001 • Maintain audit-ready artefacts (CAB approvals, test evidence, rollback plans) • Maintain accurate circuit records in ServiceNow CMDB Financials & Vendor Management • Support TCO analysis, renewals, RFP/RFS inputs, cost optimisation • Track carrier SLAs, escalations, delivery KPIs, invoice validation Reporting & Communication • Produce delivery, capacity, and risk reporting • Manage stakeholders across engineering, vendors, security, and programme teams Required Experience (Must-Have) • 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst / Service / Delivery Analyst in network or circuit programmes • Hands-on experience with at least 3 of:• MPLS / EVPN • SD-WAN (Cisco, Versa, VMware, Prisma) • Ethernet / DIA • Cloud interconnects (ExpressRoute, Direct Connect) • Internet breakout models, IPSec / DMVPN • Strong experience in regulated environments • Tools: ServiceNow (Change, CMDB) • Excel / Power BI (or similar) • Network inventory & vendor portals • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, BPMN, runbooks, RACI) • Excellent stakeholder & vendor management skills Nice to Have • Zscaler / Palo Alto / Cisco firewall exposure • Basic routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF, NAT) • Commercial exposure (contracts, commit rates, ET clauses) • Certifications: ITIL, BPMN, CCNA, SD-WAN • DC exits, branch consolidation, M&A network integrations 📩 Apply: marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk
