Business Analyst (PAM)

PROJECT INFORMATION: • Industry: Insurance • Location: remote • Project length: until 2028 • Start: ASAP/flexible • Business trips: Occasional • Assignment type: B2B Introduction & Summary: The Business Analyst for the PAM Project will play a critical role in analyzing privileged account onboarding across various assets, including Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess extensive IT consulting experience with a focus on integrating security requirements into IT solutions, alongside strong analytical and organizational skills. Main Responsibilities: The core duty is to ensure effective onboarding of privileged accounts within the CyberArk environment. • Analyze privileged account onboarding status across the asset landscape. • Provide guidance to account owners on solution paths for onboarding. • Coordinate with CyberArk engineers for implementation and testing. • Manage the implementation and testing sign-off process. • Support user onboarding to CyberArk with workshops and collaboration with the PAM Run Team. Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience incomplex IT projects, particularly in integrating security requirements. • General understanding of Identity Access Management principles. • Familiar with Privileged Access Management requirements. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in German is an advantage. Nice to Have: • Experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in IT.
