Business Analyst (Part-time & PO–PM mindset)

Our client is a global technology consulting company specializing in data, analytics, and cloud solutions. The organization supports enterprise clients in building modern data platforms, optimizing business processes, and improving decision-making through advanced analytics. 📍 Work mode: Remote 📅 Start: April ⏳ Project allocation: • 50% FTE (April–June) • 20% FTE (July–August) • 30% FTE (September–December) About the projectYour role We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong product and delivery mindset (PO/PM-like), who will play a key role in shaping business requirements, driving initiatives, and bridging business with data/tech teams. Key responsibilities • Leading business analysis activities across the project lifecycle • Defining and managing requirements for recommendation models • Collaborating closely with stakeholders from business, data, and tech teams • Translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications • Supporting product decisions and prioritization (PO/PM mindset) • Driving initiatives focused on increasing average order value (AOV) • Ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered solutions Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (Lead level) • Hands-on experience in projects involving recommendation models • Strong understanding of FMCG / B2B sales environments • Experience in optimizing sales performance (e.g. AOV) • Background working as Product Owner or Project Manager (or similar mindset) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently and structure complex topics Nice to have • Experience working with data teams (Data Science / Analytics) • Familiarity with agile environments We will contact only selected candidates.
