YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in MX Cash ( PACS.008, PACS.009, CAMT052, CAMT053, CAMT.054 cash messages) to join the GBS Cash and Banking Tribe whose mission is to provide IT solutions to support the credit, treasury & cash services. You will be part of the Cash area which offers an exciting opportunity to participate in the further modernization of our IT landscape. You will also get acquainted with the agile methodology that will provide you with opportunities to explore other technical/functional areas such as design, testing or scrum master through T-shaping. Zakres obowiązków: Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams. Understanding and assessing business operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate business solutions. Ensuring proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation. Facilitating the implementation and deployment of system changes to internal and external stakeholders by providing them with support, advice and guidance throughout the whole project life cycle. Being the guardian of the project business scope. Supporting other IT colleagues through the project development process, including testing and deployment phases. Leading and coaching of other BA team members.
