Business Analyst (Product Migration)

O projekcie: The BA for Product Migration owns the "How" and the "How Much." You will determine the most cost-effective and efficient ways to migrate products, including deciding when to decommission platforms versus migrating their underlying products. - Fully remote work model - Professional training programs – including Udemy and other development plans Wymagania: - Technical BA Experience: 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record in Product-to-Platform migrations and legacy system sunsets. - Financial Modeling: Ability to conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI analysis for various platform migration strategies. - API & Integration Knowledge: Practical understanding of APIs and microservices architecture to determine migration mechanics. - Decommissioning Strategy: Experience creating "End-of-Life" (EOL) roadmaps for products, including data archiving and compliance-safe deletion. - Documentation: Writing technical specifications, integration guides, and "How-To" migration playbooks for engineering teams. - English B2-C1​ Codzienne zadania: - Architectural Needs: Work out the granular requirements for product functionality in the new environment, ensuring parity or improvement. - Cost Management: Determine the ongoing costs for platforms and calculate the ROI of various migration vs. decommissioning strategies. - Migration Mechanics: Design the logic for "how we can make the migrations work," specifically focusing on products that must remain operational throughout. - Strategic Decommissioning: Assess product necessity and create paths to migrate off platforms for end-of-life systems.
