O projekcie: Location: 100% remoteSalary: 900-1140 MD B2B Reference: AO229404 Wymagania: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or product environments- Strong knowledge of requirements management and Agile (JIRA)- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications- Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation- Understanding of end-to-end system flows and integrations- Ability to define clear, testable acceptance criteria- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, QA)- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. gaming/lottery) is a plus- Ability to manage multiple dependencies and evolving scope Codzienne zadania: - Capture, analyze, and govern business, product, and regulatory requirements (Option A) - Translate requirements into clear functional scope, epics, and user stories (JIRA) - Maintain end-to-end traceability (LoRo → JIRA → delivery) - Define and manage acceptance criteria, dependencies, and Definition of Done - Identify scope boundaries (baseline, custom, out-of-scope, transitional needs) - Define end-to-end user journeys across VLT, Mobile, PAM, RGS - Capture key functional areas: game logic, pools, multipliers - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and LoRo approvals - Lead and facilitate requirements workshops (internal & external) - Act as interface between stakeholders and SMEs - Support solution design, testing (UAT/CAT), and delivery alignment - Ensure consistency and completeness of requirements throughout lifecycle
