Wymagania: - Senior‑level IT Business Partnering or IT Service Ownership experience in a commercial or sales‑led environment - Strong CRM experience including Salesforce governance, release management and UAT - Experience in application lifecycle management and BAU service ownership - Proven stakeholder management skills at senior business leadership level - Experience managing vendors and third‑party delivery partners - Hands‑on experience with data, integration and cloud platforms, preferably Azure - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security and compliance standards - Experience supporting large‑scale CRM or commercial transformation programmes - Knowledge of data migration and legacy system decommissioning - Exposure to GenAI, Microsoft Copilot or digital enablement initiatives - Experience in consumer goods, retail or field‑force technology environments Codzienne zadania: - Act as the primary technology partner for Sales, Trade and Commercial leadership teams, translating business priorities into technology outcomes - Provide strategic guidance on technology decisions, risks, dependencies and investment trade‑offs - Maintain a forward‑looking commercial technology roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture and security standards - Identify opportunities to simplify landscapes, reduce shadow IT and improve operational resilience - Own end‑to‑end Salesforce and CRM operations including administration, configuration, governance and release readiness - Act as a single point of accountability for CRM change requests, enhancements, defects and UAT coordination - Ensure data accuracy, integrity and stability across Salesforce and integrated data platforms - Own the full lifecycle of critical local applications supporting Sales and Trade operations - Ensure application stability, vendor performance, risk mitigation, contract renewals and service continuity - Safeguard compliance with global architecture, security and governance standards - Act as UK&I commercial liaison into major enterprise programmes including CRM and Consumer Goods Cloud initiatives - Support design validation, integration mapping, data model alignment and business readiness activities - Lead commercial input into data migration, decommissioning and transition planning - Oversee Azure‑hosted integrations and components supporting CRM and local applications - Coordinate issue resolution, performance tuning and environment governance with infrastructure teams - Ensure scalability, resilience and security of commercial technology assets - Lead and prioritise the work of external CRM and data delivery partners - Provide direction, workload prioritisation and continuous improvement across commercial technology services - Ensure effective vendor governance and delivery assurance - Lead adoption of GenAI and Microsoft Copilot within Commercial teams - Act as an advisor on responsible AI usage aligned with enterprise gov
