O projekcie: Project description: You will join a global Salesforce CRM Program, working as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and global standardization. You will collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully delivered. Wymagania: - 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise systems - Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) - Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) - Solid understanding of ERP systems and system integrations - Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Nice to have: - Salesforce certifications (e.g. Business Analyst, Administrator) - Experience working on global or multi-regional programs - Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar - Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Codzienne zadania: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple regions - Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications - Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure stakeholder approval - Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers - Act as the first point of contact for reported issues, ensuring proper triage before escalation - Validate delivered solutions during BA testing and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria - Identify gaps in processes, documentation, and system configuration - Standardize documentation practices and CRM standards to reduce technical debt - Develop and maintain process maps, data flows, and system documentation - Analyze ERP systems and document Salesforce integration points - Identify integration risks, data inconsistencies, and delivery blockers - Facilitate sprint reviews and ensure strong stakeholder engagement - Prepare demo scripts, sprint updates, and progress summaries - Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and priorities - Lead workshops, interviews, and review sessions with business and technical teams - Act as an escalation point for cross-functional challenges - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
