About the project
Join an international Tax Technology & Systems Transformation project.
We are looking for a Business Analyst, focused on migrating CIT and Partnership Tax calculations from OneSource Legacy to the new NextGen OneSource platform.
This is more than a standard system migration. You will work across business processes, applications and integrations, helping to prepare the wider technology landscape for the transition.
Your role
• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external solution providers.
• Analyse existing systems, processes and application dependencies.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource.
• Analyse and document integrations between applications.
• Identify system dependencies, risks and potential migration issues.
• Participate in solution design, testing and implementation.
• Support communication between business and technical teams.
• Contribute to the successful transition to the new platform.
What we are looking for
•
4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in system migration, transformation or enterprise implementation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
• Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
Nice to have
• Experience with Corporate Tax / CIT.
• Experience in Tax Technology / Tax Transformation.
• Background in Finance, Tax or Compliance.
• Experience with workflow and process automation.
