Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst or in a similar role. - University degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). - Dual expertise in Finance and IT with proven track record in business systems. - Hands-on knowledge of financial management tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO). - Technical proficiency with SAP, SQL, Excel, Power Apps. - Fluency in English and French (min. B2). Nice to Have - Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Business Object, Sy by Cegedim. - Knowledge of finance system security standards and integrations. Codzienne zadania: - Support business users with internal finance tools, providing guidance and troubleshooting. - Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements. - Analyze data and system interfaces to detect discrepancies and implement corrective actions. - Configure and maintain SI Finance tools, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications in close cooperation with global teams, PMs, data managers, and developers. - Oversee local tools and hardware, coordinating with external suppliers for maintenance. - Conduct technology watch to remain updated on financial systems trends and best practices.
