Do you want to learn more?A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst would be: • As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to analyse, design, and deliver strategic change initiatives. • Analyse business strategies, processes, services, and information flows to identify improvement opportunities • Conduct feasibility assessments and develop both high-level and detailed business models with supporting documentation • Produce comprehensive specifications and support the design, development, and implementation of solutions • Evaluate organisational and stakeholder impacts of change initiatives and provide structured support throughout delivery • Identify opportunities where technology can enable business objectives and contribute to strategic planning and business cases • Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive process and organisational transformation • Coordinate input from subject matter experts and cross-functional specialists across joint initiatives Requirements:• Minimum 7+ years’ professional experience in a similar role • Strong understanding and application of best-practice methodologies and frameworks • Proven experience working with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong documentation, reporting, and specification-writing capabilities • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently • Exceptional attention to detail So, are you ready to join our team?It’s important to remember, Emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
