- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Fluency in English; German would be an advantage.
- First professional experience in reporting, finance processes (AP/AR), business support or a similar area.
- Interest in Business Intelligence, data analytics and systems supporting business operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work with recurring operational processes, user administration and authorization management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience with SAP BW or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus but not required.
Zakres obowiązków:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Controller in Global Business Analytics Team who would like to start or further develop her/his career in the Business Intelligence area. In this role, you will support daily SAP BW operations, user administration and reporting processes while working closely with business users across the organization.
Your tasks include
- Manage user access, roles, authorizations and permissions within SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Provide support and guidance to end-users worldwide regarding access management and reporting-related topics.
- Monitor SAP BW system performance, including process chains, data loads and overall system health.
- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring data availability, accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
- Cooperate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective support.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the team in ongoing projects and enhancement activities.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to SAP BW operations.
