Nasze wymagania: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Experience in writing user stories and functional requirements. Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Prior experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives. Strong capability to assess priorities, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest viable solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Workload Automation tools, especially Control-M, is highly desirable. O projekcie: We are looking for a Business and Data Lead Analyst to join our team and help translate customer needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. You will work closely with the Product Owner, customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders across the organization to define user stories, analyze data, and improve internal processes. Zakres obowiązków: Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand customer requests and define user requirements. Analyze data to inform decision-making, assess project feasibility, and evaluate impact. Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools to extract insights from data. Translate customer needs into well-structured technical requirements for engineering teams. Use diagrams and flowcharts to model current and future processes. Recommend continuous improvements of internal processes and act as a liaison between stakeholders (customers, users, development teams). Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
