Your role You will act as a trusted consultant providing functional and technical support for a Document Management System (DMS). In this role, you will support business users, analyse incidents and requests, and ensure smooth daily operation of the application. You can expect close cooperation with clients, exposure to enterprise-scale systems, and opportunities to develop your technical and consulting skills in a stable, international environment. We are hiring in Wrocław and Gdańsk! Zakres obowiązków: provide day-to-day application support (DMS platform) in an on-site working model; analyse and resolve incidents and service requests; support users by understanding business processes and needs; work with integrations and external systems via REST APIs; perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL Server; support automation and configuration tasks.
