Nasze wymagania: Proven ability to understand and analyze business requirements for both current and target states. Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as designing and developing functional solutions, including IT concepts. Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT, advising both sides on the best technical and functional solutions or application setups. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Hands-on experience with Jira for managing tasks, workflows, and project tracking. Deep understanding of User Stories, including their creation, refinement, and prioritization Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, ensuring seamless cooperation within Agile teams and contribution to iterative project delivery. Ability to comprehensively gather and document business requirements, ensuring all stakeholders have clarity and alignment on deliverables. Experience creating high-quality, detailed documentation to support functional and technical specifications. Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level. Application of the necessary competencies to build a sustainable digital architecture with the aim of developing new banking use cases as well as bringing existing ones to production maturity and anchoring them sustainably at Commerzbank. Conception, implementation, support, and further development of the banking products while maintaining quality and security standards Define, document, and optimize processes related to banking solutions, considering policies, procedures and workflows and compliance with security standards and legal regulations Evaluation of different hardware and software solutions for the purchase, considering security features, regulatory requirements, best practices, and scalability Further development and transfer of professional, procedural, and technological knowledge Development and implementation of digital strategies, in the sense of consistent introduction as an innovative technology
