Business Expert / Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Payment Transactions (SWIFT)

Nasze wymagania: Understanding of process chains and the formats used (MT and MX) Knowledge of the SWIFT network and services (e.g. FIN, FileAct, InterAct) Familiarity with message flows, routing, and payment lifecycle processing Ability to analyze and understand system landscapes and interfaces between internal systems and the SWIFT infrastructure Experience with message transformation, data mapping, and integration concepts Understanding of APIs, middleware, and messaging technologies Ability to gather and document business requirements Experience in designing and developing functional solutions or IT concepts Ability to translate business requirements into specifications and test scenarios Proficiency in both German and English. O projekcie: Join our team as a Business Expert/Technical Analyst! In your role as Business Expert/Technical Analyst for cross-border payments you will be part of our vision to further digitalize and optimize the payment processing and improve existing workflows for our internal customers with innovative technologies. As BE responsible in this business area you will be able to drive this change and define adequate solutions. You will analyze, design, and optimizing message flows and system integrations within in the cross-border payments domain. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between internal applications and Swift services. You will translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions including interface specifications, message mappings, and integration concepts. You ensure that Swift messages are processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Working closely with business units, IT Teams and and external vendors you contribute to the stability, reliability and continuous improvement of Swift-based payment processing. You will work with modern IT infrastructure and tools in an agile product development environment. Furthermore you will coordinate necessary communication including 3rd level support with our main stakeholders, i.e. private, corporates/ financial institutions segments and our backoffice units. Zakres obowiązków: Analyzing issues and requirements arising in the interaction between internal backoffice systems and the Swift infrastructure Analyzing business and technical requirements (as-is / to-be) and defining appropriate functional and technical solutions (designing message flows, interface specifications, and integration concepts for Swift Connectivity) Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures - supporting test-activities on test-environments Analyzing and designing solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams You are one of the experts within your scrum team for all aspects of functional and business analysis aspects for the application, which supports payment investigations
