Nasze wymagania: Have proven track record in process analysis and optimisation. Have 2+ years of relevant experience gathered in an international, diverse environment, preferably within a professional services area. Have practical experience in running workshops at different levels of organisational structure. Good understanding of GBS, SSC, or BPO delivery models, business functions, continuous improvement tools. Practical continuous improvement and process analysis capabilities. Have practical experience working with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks, Process360, etc. and understand the BPMN standards. Are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools for analysis and presentation. Thrive working as part of a diverse team - valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships, and bringing people together for collective success. Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization. Have a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes, demonstrating accountability for performance. Adapt swiftly in a changing environment, managing ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset. Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management capabilities. University graduate. Project management, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
