Business Solutions Data & Reporting Senior Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Experience & Education: • 3+ years of relevant experience (or strong internships/projects) • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Technical Skills (Key Focus): • Strong Power BI skills – building and managing dashboards (data modeling, DAX basics) • Very good Excel (Power Query) • Basic SQL knowledge • Experience working with financial data or reporting environments Technical Skills (Nice to Have): • Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation (e.g., pandas) • Exposure to data pipelines or automation tools Soft Skills: • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn O projekcie: The Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS) Business Solutions Team drives innovation and efficiency across the organization. Zakres obowiązków: Core Responsibilities: • You will manage and maintain the FTIS Reference Master data and reporting taxonomies. • You will build and enhance automated reports and Power BI dashboards. • You will support data quality through validation, testing, and issue resolution. • You will analyze assets under management, revenue, and cost datasets. • You will translate business requirements into clear reporting logic. • You will support data governance and long-term dataset consistency. Process & Improvement • You will support recurring reporting cycles and delivery timelines. • You will automate manual reporting processes using Python and Power BI. • You will enhance internal reporting tools and data platforms. • You will prioritize and deliver reporting requests with the team. Team & Collaboration • You will partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. • You will contribute to a collaborative and improvement-focused team
