Business / System Analyst

We are looking for: Business / System Analyst (Insurance)
General info: 
• Location: remote (or hybrid in Warsaw if preferred)
• Start: ASAP
• General info: contract, full-time
• Rate: 110-140 PLN/h
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and map insurance products between systems in close cooperation with the business
• Gather requirements from business teams and agree on data mapping rules
• Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL queries
• Work with the development and testing teams at every stage of implementing changes
Requirements:
• Experience in the insurance industry and a solid understanding of insurance products
• Knowledge of group / employee insurance is a plus
• Hands-on SQL skills (writing queries and analyzing data on your own)
• Experience in migration or implementation projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ease in building relationships with business stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
