Nasze wymagania: Experience as a business analyst, system analyst, or product owner. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Audiology, or similar. 2+ year of experience in software development area. Understanding of the full software lifecycle and agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe). Experience with GenAI tools (advanced prompting, agents, MCP server). Strong communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail. English fluency. O projekcie: Purpose of the position: Join an Agile team developing software for advanced hearing-instrument systems. This role connects business understanding with hands-on software development to ensure solutions that support hearing-care professionals and deliver excellent user experience. You will work in a multisite, cross-cultural environment, contributing from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and documentation. Using your experience with GenAI you will apply modern approach to product engineering. Zakres obowiązków: Translate business and clinical needs into new software features. Review and refine requirements and produce clear specifications. Document functionalities using requirements, diagrams, and use cases. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, designers, product owners, and domain specialists. Provide reviews to code, design and test artifacts. Use AI tools for supporting development of requirements, impact analysis and visualizing logic in developed features. Participate in planning within the SCRUM process and Agile Release Train. Oferujemy: Full-time work agreement, with a permanent contract after 3 months. Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the Warsaw office).
