Business / Systems Analyst (AI project)

We are looking for a Project Manager/ Business Analyst to cooperate with a leading provider of AI evaluation and optimization solutions, trusted by multinational companies to optimize AI agents and detect performance issues in large language models. You’ll be involved in defining tools that optimize team workflows, with the goal of creating replicable versions of these tools so our AI teams can build environments for generating training data. These environments will enable our clients to train and improve their machine learning models. As part of this initiative, we will recreate popular business applications in a way that is specifically designed and adapted for AI-driven use cases. Wymagania: - At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project Manager,  Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst position, preferably in a startup environment. - The ability to create a document describing the implementation of Linear/Miro or a similar tool (for development usage). - Interest or experience in AI technologies to understand technical concepts. - Ability to work till 6 p.m. (CEST) - Strong startup mindset: flexibility (ability to work well under pressure and frequent change), proactiveness, and a “get things done” attitude. Codzienne zadania: - Analyze and deconstruct tools such as Miro and Linear to identify core functionalities, data structures, and user interaction patterns - Define end-to-end functional specifications for replicated tool environments optimized for AI-driven use cases - Translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team - Collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of specifications - Adapt quickly to changing project assumptions, sometimes adjusted live during client calls - Participate in client meetings (mostly between 4 PM and 6 PM CEST) - Work with international clients and internal technical teams
