Business / Systems Analyst (AI project)

Wymagania: - At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst position, preferably in a startup environment. - The ability to create a document describing the implementation of Linear/Miro or a similar tool (for development usage). - Interest or experience in AI technologies to understand technical concepts. - Ability to work till 6 p.m. (CEST) - Strong startup mindset: flexibility (ability to work well under pressure and frequent change), proactiveness, and a “get things done” attitude. Zakres obowiązków: - Analyze and deconstruct tools such as Miro and Linear to identify core functionalities, data structures, and user interaction patterns - Define end-to-end functional specifications for replicated tool environments optimized for AI-driven use cases - Translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team - Collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of specifications - Adapt quickly to changing project assumptions, sometimes adjusted live during client calls - Participate in client meetings (mostly between 4 PM and 6 PM CEST) - Work with international clients and internal technical teams
