CLM Analyst - Consultant

Nasze wymagania: Functional Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting) Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping Familiarity with common contracting challenges in either all or any of: procurement, sales, and legal Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs Technical Skills Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or DocuSign CLM or eg. TrustOne, ServiceNow for Legal, low code platforms) Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modelling Education & Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field Knowledge of English and Polish Mile widziane: Understanding of data migration, integration (e.g., with ERP/CRM systems), and reporting tools Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) Certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or other CLM tools Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) O projekcie: The project focuses on the end-to-end digital transformation of contract lifecycles for global clients using enterprise platforms like Icertis and Sirion to optimize legal and procurement processes.
