CLM Analyst / Consultant

O projekcie: We are seeking a skilled CLM Analyst / Consultant with hands-on experience in leading CLM platforms such as Icertis, Sirion, and others. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping clients modernize their contracting processes, reduce risk, and improve compliance across the enterprise.  What We Offer - Exposure to high-impact digital transformation projects at a leading European and Global CLM Team - Cross-functional consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients - Learning opportunities across leading CLM platforms - Competitive salary + performance-based bonus - Flexible work environment & strong team culture Wymagania: Functional Skills - Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting) - Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping - Familiarity with common contracting challenges in either all or any of: procurement, sales, and legal - Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs Technical Skills - Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or DocuSign CLM or eg. TrustOne, ServiceNow for Legal, low code platforms) - Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modelling - Nice-to-have: Understanding of data migration, integration (e.g., with ERP/CRM systems), and reporting tools - Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field - Nice-to-have: Certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or other CLM tools - Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are a bonus Codzienne zadania: - Lead or support CLM solution implementations across industries - Collaborate with clients' legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to gather and analyse requirements - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications - Configure CLM platforms or support custom development teams - Assist in testing, training, change management, and go-live activities - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
