Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? • You can expect a flexible work organization • The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis • Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) • The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings Project You will be involved in a financial project focused on implementing and enhancing Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) controls, including establishing and integrating operational controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with business and technology teams to support risk management and control effectiveness. Responsibilities you'll have • Work in close collaboration with business and technology areas to establish and map controls in line with internal and external audit requirements • Review and understand Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) testing framework enhancements where operational controls are required • Establish and integrate operational controls within the BCCM framework in accordance with guidelines • Prepare and maintain a list of relevant guidelines, EBA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements, along with corresponding control documentation • Continuously update documentation as the project progresses • Support Technology Risk Management (1LoD), BCCM 1st LoD, and BCCM RRP teams in implementing controls • Monitor and report on control effectiveness • Support the BCCM RRP Project 0.10 Delivery Lead in control documentation activities • Track open actions from meetings, plan follow-ups, and support the Delivery Lead with timely updates Expected competences and knowledge • 2–5 years of experience in a similar or related role, with close collaboration with 2LoD, 3LoD, and business stakeholders • Experience with failover and backup restoration testing is an advantage • Good understanding of BCCM frameworks and processes • Experience with risk and control management methodologies, including the ability to identify and document controls for identified risks • Hands-on experience in project documentation, including preparation of presentations and delivery materials • Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams, with the ability to consolidate and rationalize different perspectives • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks • Understanding of operational controls and testing frameworks Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
