CRM Business Analyst

We are looking for CRM experts who want to grow in Creatio — if you have experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other leading systems, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in Creatio. Responsibilities • Leading business workshops to gather and document requirements. • Analysing business processes and preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documentation. • Creating user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria. • Building the functional backlog and collaborating with the delivery team. • Supporting Solution Architect and consultants in solution design. • Participating in UAT testing and validation of functionalities. • Monitoring effectiveness of deployed solutions and proposing improvements. • Supporting presales with requirement analysis, proposals and presentations.   Requirements • 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in CRM/ERP projects. • Ability to translate business needs into detailed system specifications. • Knowledge of sales, marketing and customer service processes. • Nice to have: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other CRM experience. • Willingness to learn and certify in Creatio. • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • English B2/C1.   We offer • Creatio training and certification. • Projects with international clients (Europe, USA). • Career path towards Solution Architect or Product Owner. • Work culture based on trust and high standards. • Flexible cooperation models (B2B / Employment).
