CRM Personalisation Specialist

We’re looking for a CRM Personalisation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in campaign delivery to help increase customer engagement through advanced, data-driven personalisation. You’ll design customer communication journeys and implement them in a CRM personalisation platform such as SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH (including real-time use cases). Key responsibilities: • Drive customer engagement by building and improving personalisation processes • Design customer communication flows based on customer needs and available data, and implement them in the CRM platform (SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH) • Prepare requirements/specifications for enhancements in the CRM personalisation system (including real-time changes) • Review proposed solutions, support implementation, and perform testing/validation of changes Must-have skills: • Advanced knowledge of SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH • Strong understanding of MS SQL and relational databases Nice to have: • Knowledge of SAS 4GL • Experience running campaigns in the banking/financial services domain
