Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or a comparable field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Process Management, Business Analytics, or a similar role with strong exposure to digital tools. Solid understanding of sales processes (e.g. lead/opportunity management, quote/order handling, customer master data, pipeline and forecast, reporting). Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and good understanding of sales-related data structures and processes. Experience with CRM systems (implementation, administration, or key-user role) is a strong plus. Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI (building reports and dashboards, basic data modelling and DAX is a plus). Very good skills in Microsoft Excel and strong motivation to move from Excel-based work to more scalable, system-based solutions. Basic experience with process automation or low-code / no-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, SAP Build, RPA tools) is an advantage. Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to translate business needs into practical digital and reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with both business and IT/analytics stakeholders. Zakres obowiązków: Identifying, designing, and implementing digital solutions that streamline sales processes, reduce manual work, and increase data quality across the sales organization. Supporting the implementation and rollout of a CRM system as well as any other sales-related digitalization tools that complement SAP and CRM. Acting as contact person and key user for the CRM system and other digital tool supporting sales workflows. Performing regular cooperation with data analysts and sales controllers in the area of sales KPIs. Supporting business by converting Sales and Management questions and requests into measurable KPIs and reporting concepts. Preparing and performing trainings in assigned responsibility. Monitoring process and KPI performance as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems (SAP, CRM, Power BI, and other tools) through clear standards, validation rules, and regular checks.
